myTC processes transaction documents, contact information, and communications you or your brokerage upload or generate through the platform. Access is limited to authorized users on your transaction and brokerage.
How we use it
To operate the myTC service, run AI review of transaction documents, generate timelines and reminders, and provide broker oversight. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Transaction files remain accessible during the transaction and for 30 days after Close of Escrow. Optional long-term storage plans are available.
