Agreement

By accessing or using myTC, you agree to these terms. myTC App LLC provides transaction coordination software for real estate professionals.

Acceptable use

You agree to use myTC in compliance with applicable real estate law, brokerage rules, and this agreement. You will not upload content you don't have the right to share.

Fees

myTC uses success-based pricing on a per-transaction basis. If a transaction is cancelled, no fee is due. Payment is due only when the transaction closes.
